Return Policy

At Aurelia Kurti - Manjula Creation, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our return policy is designed to be fair and straightforward, with a focus on limited product returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • You have 03 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
  • We only accept exchanges. Returns for refund are not accepted, except in cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items (subject to inspection and approval).
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • A ₹200 exchange fee will be charged for all approved exchange requests.

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at kurtisaurelia6@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Subjective Exchange Acceptance

Please note that the acceptance of exchanges is at our discretion and is subject to evaluation on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet our criteria.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. Once your exchange is approved and the applicable ₹200 exchange fee is paid, we will process the exchange as per availability.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds as we only accept exchanges. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases such as defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to inspection and approval. If a refund is approved, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at kurtisaurelia6@gmail.com.
